J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en janv. 2022
Entretien
The process started with a phone interview from an epic representative and a skills assessment. After the skills assessment it takes a couple weeks for them to reach out to you for the full interview which is 3 and a half hours.

The phone interview was amazing. The interviewer was from the technical trainer team. He aas very nice and professional. I think I did really good but still didn’t get the offer, pretty gutted. Really think I have passion for this role. The assessment was a bit much and the system they use is not that reliable. Experienced some technical issues. Too many assessments and felt a bit impersonal. But overall, it’s a good experience. (Still sad ;()

application, 1 screening (phone) interview, tests, long day of (Zoom) interviews, reference (phone) calls, campus visit after offer. The tests were annoying because there was a technical problem, and then they couldn't find me a proctor, but everything else was straightforward and pleasant. Not sure if I will accept, as the interviewers and campus visit tour all skirt around questions about the actual job and software functions; more time is spent bragging about facilities and amenities, things they think will impress undergrads more than aspects that mid-career people are worried about
