J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en janv. 2022
Entretien
Originally was sent an email of them saying they found my resume from Handshake and that I'd be a great match.
I am a Computer Science student that is about to graduate with little experience.
A week later I received another email saying they are waiting for a response so I put in my resume.
It was pretty quick from that input to scheduling times for an assessment test and interview.
The interview was ultimately fine. The person who I spoke with was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their time at Epic. We spoke for a little over 30 minutes. Half of which was spent talking about their experiences and time at Epic and the other half was talking about me and any questions I had for Epic.
The interviewer said that Computer Science students usually don't apply / get recruited for this position (caught me off guard as they emailed me saying I would be a great fit ??) They then asked if I would be interested in Software Development position and I said yes.
Later that same day I get their response of rejecting me but then offering me an interview for Project Manager (?) while I have no background in that area.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why did you pick your major?
What made you choose Epic?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
