Interview process was fairly straightforward, I met with someone who was currently in the role and they described what working at Epic was like and what the job entailed. I didn't end up answering that many questions besides the classic tell me a little about yourself which came after my interviewer introduced themselves a little so it alleviates some of the pressure. I didn't end up passing the skills assessment test because I'm not too well versed in programming so it definitely helps to have a little knowledge/experience in that field but not too much is needed.
