J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en mai 2017
Entretien
A very brief and easy online application. Then a basic phone interview with all of the basic questions like "why Epic," and "where do you see yourself in 5 years." Then a very annoying 2-hour online cognitive test. Then an in-person waste of 5 hours. You learn about the company and how the software works, meet with many people for 1-on-1 interviews, give a 10 minute presentation on anything where they interrupt you with irrelevant questions to see how you handle that, a tour, and a group problem solving session to see how you problem solve and work in groups.

Question 1
What would you change about one of your recent supervisors>
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
