I applied and received a test that had some personality and SAT like questions. Then i had a pretty laid back phone interview. About two weeks later I received an invitation to interview in Wisconsin. I took a series of tests. One was to test your ability to learn a new computer language. The others were verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and a writing test. The interviews seemed pretty standard. Predictable questions like "your greatness weakness" and "what would you do if you knew your manager was wrong about a decision". I didn't see any real curve balls. In the end I didn't receive an offer. At the very least I got interview practice and got to see a new state. Im not disappointed, however, because the company lost its appeal when I actually saw it. They present themselves as a very progressive company, but I didn't get that sense at all when I saw it. They have youth inspired themes with all their buildings, but they don't have any recreational facilities like a lot of other companies I know of. Also, I got the sense that it had a kind of cult vibe. One more thing: there are basically no black people working there. That might just be a midwest thing in general. Overall, I think it was good for me to see the company. After talking with everyone and seeing the area, I wasn't very excited about the prospect of working for them. Apparently they thought the same, so it worked out.
