The first interview is a very short phone interview. Mine lasted about 10 minutes. Then you must complete a proctored skills assessment. There is no need to study for the assessment and most of it is logical thinking. Following my completion of the skills assessment I was offered an in-person interview in Madison, WI. The in-person interview is an all day affair so you need to always be on your game. It is a pretty laid back environment and conversation will come easily. I was told that I can expect to hear back two weeks following my interview.
