J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Emerson (Houston, TX) en mai 2017

I had a phone screen with a recruiter and 2 in-person interviews that I thought went really well. After a few weeks and no response I followed up with recruiter who was not very helpful. This company sucks in giving feedback from interviews and the recruiters seem worthless. I do not recommend interviewing here unless you don't mind being given the runaround and not responded to. If this is an example of how they treat their potential candidates, then I don't want to work here at all, period dot dot.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. What do you know about the company?
2. Why are you looking to leave your current role?
3. What are your salary expectations?
4. When would you be available to start?
It was a really fast process, i got a interview scheduled just 2 days after aplying. The interview is 30 minutes call with 3 supervisors who ask you some very simple situational questions, like "How do you react to negative feedback?" or "What do you do when a method that has worked in the past doesn't work in a problem you;re trying to solve?" You must answer with an example of a previous experience (explain the situation and what you did), saying what would you do is not enought for the interviewers.

Three total interviews. First interview was with HR, second with hiring manager, and third was a panel. The third interview was all “tell me about a time when……”. They weren’t the usual “tell me about a time when” questions but overall the interview was okay.

4 hour interview which was mixture of technical and behavioral questions. The first three parts consisted of behavioral questions and customer service questions. One of the interview parts consisted of mock customer calls to see how you deal with customers. The last hour was technical questions.
