I applied through the Edelman portal. I was then contacted to arrange a time for a phone screening with the recruiter. We then proceeded to an in-person interview with two members who would be on my team. The last interview was with the individual who would be my direct manager. Very direct process, I was kept in the loop at every stage and I was pleased at how organized it was.
