The HR rep was nice. I was scheduled to meet with two other staff members who I would be directly working with but was told that they couldn't meet with me anymore because they were "in a meeting" ... which I thought was strange. Regardless, I took the grammar test and submitted writing samples. I didn't hear back, so I called to follow up a week later and they said that they'd already hired an internal candidate for the position. It made me wonder if maybe they had already hired that person when I interviewed (and didn't want to waste their time meeting with me?). It was a mixed experience because the company seemed pleasant enough, but I had the feeling that they were just interviewing a certain number of people for the job out of protocol.

Entretien
There was 3 interviews: First interview was a phone call with the Recruiter. Second interview was a video call with two other Admins (one of them I would be working with). Last interview was a video call with an Executive who I would be assisting. Heard back from the Recruiter in a timely manner throughout the interview process.

The interview was very relaxed and had great energy. I didn't feel nervous or just another person being interviewed. They really took the time to get to know me and my skill set.

First I met with the recruiter who asked the standard questions. Describe your previous experience. What are you looking for in this position. Met with potential employees I would be working under. Casual and comfortable discussion.
