The hiring process is characterized by a lack of transparency. You go through countless interviews and don't hear back from them. Recruiters tell you there is an opening and then there is no longer an opening. Not very straightforward.

Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.
