I interviewed with 2 Consumer managers, one of whom told me about the day to day job of an intern and even that of other FT employees and the second asked me more questions about my experiences etc to find out whether I had the attitudes for the internship.

Friendly interviewers and the team seems passionate about what they do. They would discuss the writing assignment to understand more about you and your thought process. The stages took about 2-3 weeks.
