Started with Skype, then 2 day in-person interview at headquarters. The first day was group interviews then the second day was one on ones with different staff members. Overall it was a positive interviewing experience.

Phone call with the head of the program. Lots of information thrown out there. They'll ask question about sports. Don't have to know them all but you should. Plenty of people want to work there. Show them YOUR value.
Good interview process, everything was clear and good communication. They love to hire fans so knowledge on sports and the company is fundamental! the first phase of it though, is based mostly on basic interview questions and they are not hard to pass. Have a great mindset, relax and it will be fine.
Initial screening phone call, followed by a Zoom knowledge test for the position and then a final Zoom with multiple employees throughout the company with more targeted questions regarding working at the company.
