The interview was offered to me very promptly and it was a very insightful and fun interview. I was told I was successful for the next stage of the interview which also went incredibly well and was appraised by the person interviewing me who congratulated me on how well it had gone. However, it took EF two whole months to give me a reply on whether I got the job and having to follow it up twice. Giving applicants false hope is incredibly irresponsible, mixed with the disorganisation of not letting applicants know sooner that they don't get the job. It has a horrible effect especially for someone who has been searching for a job for a while. I urge EF to be more compassionate, transparent and organised. If there are preferred internal applicants let people know. Giving positive feedback when there are genuine concerns is a lot more honest than having the decency to tell an applicant they're unsuccessful rather than waiting two whole months to do it.
