J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) en sept. 2015
Entretien
I applied online. Literally a day later, I got an e-mail to set up a phone interview. Two days after that, had the phone interview. Lasted about a half hour. First, the interviewer asked me what my understanding of the position was, then he described to me in detail what it would entail. He then asked situational questions that weren't too difficult. Seemed to go well, until I started asking questions about the company. I had done my research and all the reviews on glassdoor said they pay you very little for the work they expect from you, so I asked about salary and hours per week. He seemed to get defensive about the company, explaining that the work environment was worth the salary constraint. He said he'd get back to my by the end of the day. At this point, I wasn't interested and I think he could tell. He never got back to me either way. About a week later I got an e-mail from EF to phone interview for a different job position. I declined.
