I applied on Glassdoor and received an email a few days later with an invitation to a phone interview. The phone interview took 20 minutes and I was asked basic questions. A few days later the accommodation manager reached out to me and asked me to come for an interview in person. It was not really an interview, as he did not ask me anything but rather proceeded to have a monologue and then offered me the job on the spot.
