Two f2f interviews, 2 Zoom interviews with multiple people. Friendly atmosphere, fair questions - felt like they were customized based on the interviewed individual and not read from a booklet. Salary wasn't shared even until the last round - they only asked for an avg range of my wishes

I have one first round interview. The recruiter wasn't interested at all, and was highlighting how challenging this job is and whether I'm sure I want to apply for it. She followed the basic interview format, never asked follow up questions.

it was really good one online and the second one in person the interviewer was very empathetic and make you feel really comfortable the second in person interview was good.
