Usual questions. First round is over the phone. In some cases they ask you to make a video interview. The hiring manager didn’t seem to be interested at all during the interview..

Entretien
First and two interviews were online carried out by different people. Finally, third one is on site. Personally, I thought 3 different interviews were a bit too much for an intern role.

For a trainee position, I was interviewed 3 times. First 2 online and last one was in person. I think 3 step interview was unnecessary for a trainee position. It was a smooth process, general questions such as strengths and weaknesses.

3-stage interview (1 phone call, 1 via zoom and 1 in person).
After more than a month and having spoken to 7 different people, they ended up with an automated e-mail without providing any feedback.
Poor experience.
