Received an email shortly after online application to set up a phone interview. Had a lengthy phone interview. No follow up at all from the hiring manager after. Emailed him to tell him I got another job. Still no response. This may be an okay language school, but the person I interviewed with is very self-centered. He kept calling it 'my school.' He did not really represent the company or culture.

Question 1
No really difficult questions. Just the very typical - what are your strengths and weaknesses (which people really should stop asking these very canned questions!) -- and name three characteristics. When I named two and elaborated on them, he was insistent I add a third. It was weirdly nitpicky.
