Was referred by a friend so did not go through a formal interview process. I spoke directly to the hiring manager - a VP of Product in the EdTech department. She didn't seem to know what she wanted out of her product, out of the role she is hiring for, or what she was doing in her role, which made the interview awkward. It was bewildering. She responded to my questions in a vague, canned way, but the answers never really answered the questions...
