The interview process lasted less than 3 weeks. I did a recorded interview, followed by 2 zoom interviews that lasted about an hour each. I spoke with 2 managers and a team lead. All the people I spoke with were friendly and explained why they liked EF. I was offered the position the day after my third interview, and had been told that I would be receiving a call that day to let me know their decision, whether or not they were offering me a job.

It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.
