First, there is a phone interview which lasted around 20 minutes. Next, group interviews were two hours in length and involved group discussion questions, individual questions, a mock sales pitch, and company presentation and overview. Selected candidates get called back for additional interviews.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
