Streamline, relatively easy process. Mostly facilitated by school through internship office. On-campus interviews were held based on student interest and job was offered 24 hours post interview. Pretty standard first phone screening. Asked the basic questions, and the interviewer seemed very personable but not very professional. I received an email to schedule a second interview. I then submitted my availability. I was then ghosted despite my three emails to clarify.
