J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) en janv. 2019

      Entretien

The process took about 2 months. It started with an introductory phone call, and after that, I had to do a Zoom video interview since I was abroad at that time. During this interview, I was asked to present for a few minutes on something I was passionate about. The EF Hiring Team asked me 5 or 6 situational questions, which I wasn't expecting since all of my past interviews were more standard. After about 3 weeks, I was told I made it to the third round, which was an in-person interview in the Denver office. During this interview, I sat down with two regional Sales Directors who went through my resume with me and asked me questions for about 1.5 hours. It was a high pressure environment, but the two directors were friendly. Then, I had 30 minutes of a mock phone call with a Sales Trainer. Again, high pressure but he was friendly. Next, after 2 weeks of waiting, I was informed that I made it to a final round interview (this would be the 4th). I went into the Denver office a second time where 2 different Sales Directors interviewed me based on my resume for about 1.5 hrs. I don't understand why they had to do this process a second time because the two directors were asking me the same questions as the 3rd interview. I felt like it was over the top, but I went through with the process because it seemed like a good job opportunity. After the interview, I went with two current Tour Consultants to get coffee and ask them about the company. This part was informal and helpful to see more about what it would really be like to work there. After 2 more weeks, I was sent a generic email saying I wasn't selected for the job. I felt like it was a huge lack of respect for my time because there were 4 interviews spanning 2 months. Not to mention, I met about 8 or 9 of their staff and went through many hoops just to be sent a generic email.

      Entretien

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

      Question 1

The portion with a sales trainer was a mock sales call where I had to pretend to call them and start off a sales call.
