J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EF (Education First) (Denver, CO)
Entretien
The whole process lasted just over 3 months which is ridiculous. I had five interviews and they even asked me to do one more but at that point I couldn't wait any longer so I withdrew from the application process. No entry level job should need 6 interviews.. Since I was out of state I had four on the phone or Skype and then I flew out on my own dime for the last in-perso-interview (which was 3.5 hours long and included a lunch) and somehow they still couldn't come to a decision. While the interviews went well and communication was good throughout the process, bottom line is that no decision should require this much time and this many interviews. Also, most of the interviews were with different people but they asked me the same questions.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

Entretien
The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

Question 1
The portion with a sales trainer was a mock sales call where I had to pretend to call them and start off a sales call.
