Entretien
I found the job on a job posting website. I was contacted almost immediately afterwards and came in for an interview with the head of the department. She asked me the usual questions you would expect just to hear me talk and get a sense of who I was (it was a customer service position, which involved a lot of talking on the phone, so I assume she wanted to make sure I was conversational). I was then brought in for a 2nd interview with her boss and we discussed how I would handle situations specific to the job - difficult customer, escalated issues, etc - as well as salary, benefits, etc. I was called a couple days later and offered the job.
