I received a phone interview very quickly after applying, however did not hear back from that interview until a few weeks later. I was told two weeks later by email that I was going to reached out to for a follow-up Skype interview and never received work after that. I followed up and was told that the job had been filled already.

It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.
