Very lengthy process. Interviewed for 2.5 months before being told I was not selected. Interview questions were pretty straightforward, all behavioral. Because this position has a 'training' aspect to it, there were not any technical questions. First interview was in-person with college recruiter, second on skype, third on the phone and on skype, fourth on skype.
