After finishing the application online, they contacted me after a few weeks. The next stage of the interview process was to complete a video challenge to help them get to know me better. The video is around 2 minutes long and should answer one of their interview questions.

Someone from HR interviewed me on campus. It was very conversational and she asked me follow-up questions based off my responses. She genuinely seemed like she wanted to learn more about my specific interests and what I could contribute to the program. I thought the interview went pretty well but this is an extremely competitive program. I don't really know what they're looking for in a candidate.
