A person will contact you via Skype. They will ask many questions and have you answer them to the best of your abilities. You will then need to create a mock classroom lesson based off the materials they had previously emailed you. They will score you accordingly.

They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
