The human resources were very helpful in the application process. The interview is done via Skype. You have to prepare a demo lesson based on topics given before the interview. If you can confidently perform the demo and answer some personality related questions that are acceptable, you'll likely get an offer.

They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
