HR screen then interview. Interviewer was new to the position and socially awkward, clearly hired because they couldn't find anybody better (and neither could she find a better company - If her education is any indication, I definitely don't think much of the "best" universities in the US). Talking to her was a little strange. She leaves and sends in the position's current occupant. Nice guy, but seemed to be in there more to waste time (which I confirmed later when she came back in). First interviewer comes back in and says her colleague was also hiring for a different position and wanted to talk to me. He didn't seem very interested in working for EF or in selling the position he wanted to talk to me about. Basically, it was like dealing with people who'd never met someone successful before - they couldn't fathom a go-getter actually working for them. I got the clear impression that it was a popularity contest rather than a company (this was my second interview with them) and that their attitude was "show up = successful and get paid".
As a test, I told the last guy that I was interested in the position, that I didn't see it on the careers site, and that if he could email me (email on my provided resume) that we could talk more about it (I wasn't actually interested and I don't think he cared either way). He feinted interest and, as I thought would happen, didn't follow up. Probably not going to interview with them again.

Entretien
After going through six rounds of interviews over the course of several weeks, EF suddenly stopped communicating. They ask for a considerable amount of investment from candidates and the process has several rounds, of which there seems to be no consistency to what interviewers want in a candidate.

Entretien
A multistage process that included 3 phone interviews and a final in-person interview. The first interview was for 'culture fit' and the following interviews were about the role, questions to test knowledge as well as background. The final interview consisted of a mock presentation and sales pitch.

Skype interview arranged via email. The Skype interview lasted just over one hour and was well structured and clear. Confirmation of second interview now received but awaiting date and further instructions. So far a really positive experience.
