Submitted an application, had a follow up phone call the next day. One additional skype interview later with the Franchise staff, I had a job. This was a very easy process for me since I had a college degree and was an otherwise qualified applicant because of previous experience working with children.

They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
