I went through 2 interviews - one was with HR and the other was with hiring manager. It was quite informal. Conversation with HR was more like a chit-chat asking about non-work related topics.

The interview process went fast, smooth and easy. In total had about 4 rounds for a manager level position. Questions were all "standard", no trick questions, no business cases. Feedback was provided quickly, within a couple of days. Communication was straight forward.
