the interview was very friendly and personal. They were trying to make the interviewee comfortable and not feel as if they were being interviewed, but rather as if they were having a friendly conversation.
Sent in my reel, had two pleasant phone interviews, very casual and comfortable. In person review is a little intimidating at dreamworks HQ. Interviewer was friendly and fairly casual.
