J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DraftKings (Boston, MA) en févr. 2015

Awful. The technical recruitment manager was unpleasant and unresponsive throughout the whole experience - he said I'd hear back about an onsite interview the day after my initial phone screen and then proceeded to disappear for 3 weeks without answering emails. Given no choice, I had to email his superior and ask what was up - after that I finally got the onsite interview.
The engineers I interviewed with were nice enough and the three technical interviews were fair. At the conclusion of the onsite interviews I met with the technical recruitment manager once again when he said quote 'Everything looks great - if you failed any of the interviews we would've cut everything short. I guess all I have to do is make you an excellent offer'.
We discussed salary, where his range was between 50k-60k for an entry-level software engineer - about 20k below the average Glassdoor salary for an entry-level position in the area. (Boston's an expensive city.) I pushed back a bit, asking for 65k, and he became nasty about it.
Still, I'm a huge sports fan and I could convince myself that the job was worth it for a 20k below market salary. I went home thinking I landed the job - the manager said I'd hear back in the next few days.
Though I'm thankful that he didn't wait another 3 weeks to give me the verdict - he called me up to tell me (after telling me to hold once for another caller) that I didn't get the job. He said that I could apply for a 40k/year developer job at their NYC office but I'd have to start from square 1 again.
I was intent on moving to Boston for personal reasons, which he knew about. I can't help but feel like he wanted to take advantage of that and force me into taking a super undermarket salary.

Entretien
I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.

The whole process was very friendly.
HR provided comfortable and on-time communication and interview arrangements.
Interviewers were professional, basically, but not all of them would like to help during the interviews.
