After a short phone interview, I was invited into the office for a face to face interview. Interview lasted about 2 hours and involved meeting with 3 team members, as well as the recruiting person that I had the phone interview with. Questions were pretty straight forward. High knowledge of how to operate the app is definitely necessary to know.

The interview process for this job consisted of two interviews back to back. Both people who interviewed me were very nice and well informed about the company with nothing but positive things to say.

Zoom call with 2 interviewers both working in the position you are interviewing for. Asked to go over your experience and what led you to Draftkings. Next answered questions on experiences of handling certain situations. Ended with questions to ask the interviewers. The next day was emailed an online assessment which simulates how the role is in answering customer emails.

Interview was very simple. Easy questions. However, they didn't let me know dress code and I showed up in a suit and each interviewer was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
