I went through five rounds of interviews. First was an online assessment, then an online technical assessment, and then only after completing those two online assessments did a recruiter reach out to me. After that was an interview with the recruiter, then a video technical interview, and then the final round. I went through all those interviews and was even told during the final interview that I would be a good fit. Then I got rejected after days with an automated email. Got ghosted by the recruiter too when I thanked them for the opportunity and asked for some sort of feedback if possible. Pretty sure someone else posted here about having the same experience for the same position. It's whatever, but it was frustrating to do all that just to be treated like I only sent an application and didn't go through with such a lengthy process.

Complete waste of my time. It is clear to me that they do not care about the individual. I applied and immediately got a link to take an assessment. This assessment was a mix of a bunch of stupid games that do not measure any sort of technical or useful skills or traits whatsoever. It was long and pointless. During one of these games, they gave me a time limit and I had to press the spacebar as many times as I could within the allotted time. Some of the other games were more related to decision making, but this is a dumb way to measure that. I completed the test and the next day, I got an email with another test - this one 90 minutes long. This one, I elected not to take because it was a complete waste of my time. The first one was also a waste of my time and I should not have take it. A word to HR: stop giving these dumb tests that don't give you any useful information to actually be able to assess who the best candidates for the position were. Chances are, the most quality candidates who are applying are not willing to waste 2+ hours of their time taking stupid assessments that you probably don't even look at and even if you did, would not tell you any useful information. You are weeding out pretty much anyone who is not willing to jump through hoops, run around in circles, sit, and roll over for you. This does not benefit us or you. With so many creative minds and technology at our fingertips, I refuse to believe that we can chalk this up to incompetency.
