Got a phone call from the HR lady at Discover. Set up a date to come in for a call center simulation; aced it, had an interview with the same HR lady immediately after. She then set up a second interview with the department manager for the next day. Both interviews were very laid back and the people are easy to talk to. I was asked to come in the following day to sign papers and submit drug/background checks.
