Very easy, basic questions asked. Name a time you encountered a problem at work and how did you fix it? How do you handle changes on the job when they come up?

They started off with a phone interview that took about a half hour. That went well and I was asked to do a video interview. The TAA asked a lot of great questions, I listed to a phone call and we talked about it and I was asked to read a disclaimer.
