Personal Interview includes 2 rounds and first one was more of behavioral questions and second one they just talked about their services and technologies
It's informal, the interviewer just pull out a list of question then start to ask the questions from the list. it seems the interviewer just try to go thorough all the Qs and doesn't care about the answer at all.
