Too many stages of interview . Met with 5 people on different dates and time. It would have time for the parties to tag team and schedule same day. The final was the deciding factor, that person could have been the first to save time and effort.

ask me lots of technical questions about statistics, including model choice, missing value, etc. I think I answered most of them, but they still reject me without notification. Three interviewer together. I thought I know the answer, but maybe I didn't explain clearly enough. so I failed. so Disappointed.
