J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Discover (Riverwoods, IL) en oct. 2015
Entretien
There was an on-campus interview at my university that was entirely behavioral. There was a pre-night at a nice restaurant the night before, which was helpful to calm any nerves and get to know the interviewers. At the end of my interview I was asked to describe how I would tackle a specific marketing problem. I think they were looking at my problem-solving abilities.
The next stage was at Discover Headquarters, where there were two behavioral interviews and then a group case.

I had 2 rounds of interviews (I believe that 3 is the new standard). For both interviews, it was really easy to speak with the recruiter and share my experience.
