I had 2 rounds during my interview process. After the first talk it took a long time for them to get back to me, I followed up asking what next steps were which got me a prompt second interview, but after this I was ghosted. Never heard back despite my followup email asking for an update. I would've preferred them being honest and say I wasn't a good fit or they weren't hiring anymore.
