The process was a series of fairly laid back conversations with various team members moreso about thought processes when designing as this is a UX/UI role. Met with 4 different team members, all from different sides of the design process but will be crossfunctional partners so it was about getting to know them and their processes a little better as well as for them to learn how I work.
