Very positive reaction to the interview process, well coordinated and provided great insight. While the process is quite lengthy, I appreciated all of the conversations and the different perspectives I was able to gather around the company. Hiring top notch people, not just for their skillset, but for their aptitude to learn, collaborate, and foster a healthy environment comes through as a priority in the interview process.

My DO interview process experience was great! It was very professional and organized. I highly recommend being prepared on the company background, your strengths and weaknesses and have good questions ready for the interviewers.

Entretien
The interview was quite interesting. While it was not entirely face-to-face or online for that matter, may satisfaction roots from the fact that my application and the response I got were from a real person and not a bot or rather an automated tool. The most interesting thing is that they opened up a channel for future communications in regards to careers at DigitalOcean.
