Interview process consisted of several 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager, followed by 1:1's with the leadership staff (CTO, CEO, CFO). After individual conversational interviews I was asked to create a presentation for panel review. I was flown to NYC for the day where I gave the presentation, was briefly panel interviewed followed by 5-6 individual interviews with personnel within or close to the team of the role was responsible for.
Overall I found the interview process quite smooth. All the employees I talked to where extremely upbeat and enthusiastic and the recruiting team I worked with did a great job of setting context for each of the conversations I was going to have, as well as followed up promptly on next steps along the way.
