Received an immediate automatic rejection after completing the Pymetrics games. I find it hard to believe that someone could be rejected based of the games, and if you can see there's not a fit based on the CV don't make people waste their time on doing these evaluations if there's not a fit.

Alles gaat via een geautomatiseerd proces en een test. Er komt in het begin geen mens aan te pas, waardoor je niet weet waarom je wel of niet wordt uitgenodigd, en ook het gevoel bestaat dat een computersysteem puur naar wat lineaire data heeft gekeken zonder jouw verhaal daarbij.

Last stage was tough because we were 4 and they were only looking for hire one person

Entretien
There were multiple rounds of interviews with people, some remote and some in person. Flexible on this if requested, HR were helpful through out which was really positive and something that made it less stressful.
