Applied in November, first round HR screening in mid-December. Call was about 30 minutes and was asked to give an overview of my background, express my interest in Diageo, and ask questions. Very transparent and friendly call. Over a month passed until I heard about moving to the next round, which was a 45-minute call with a brand director. Standard interview question, nice conversation, also very transparent and friendly.
