Received an immediate automatic rejection after completing the Pymetrics games. I find it hard to believe that someone could be rejected based of the games, and if you can see there's not a fit based on the CV don't make people waste their time on doing these evaluations if there's not a fit.

Their interview process is a one way communication which I had an interview with their system. HR told me to finish it within a week over a call, then he changed lead time to be 2 days. After interview, I sent a follow-up email and there's no any response.

Entretien
There were multiple rounds of interviews with people, some remote and some in person. Flexible on this if requested, HR were helpful through out which was really positive and something that made it less stressful.
