Really well thought out interview. Different to any other interview I have done; they make you feel as if there is no right or wrong answers. Psychometrics was a very insightful part of the process. Generally quick to inform if you are through to next interview stage.

El primer paso es jugar una serie de 12 juegos en linea y al finalizar recibes un correo con un informe de 'insights', el cual puedes revisar a detalle. El siguiente paso es hacer una entrevista virtual, en la cual te preguntan un poco sobre ti y sobre situaciones a las cuales te has enfrentado en el pasado.
